In 1937, the Battle of Shanghai broke out on August 13, 1937. And on August 13, 2015, seventy-eight years later, Shanghai's only patriotism education base of war site — Sihang warehouse Memorial Hall of the Anti-Japanese War was built and open. The exhibition applies objects, sculptures, modern technology and other means to reproduce the battle scenes of those days. The exhibition, through using graphic display boards, large paintings and other forms, shows the historical fact that the people of Shanghai participated in the Anti-Japanese War of the whole nation and jointly resisted the foreign enemy, as well as the praise and memory of "800 heroes" from all walks of life at home and abroad.
